Shipping & Sales Tax

Shipping of initial order is free of charge. Any subsquent shipping requirements, for example returned items, are charged at a flat rate of $4.99. The majority of our items are shipped by USPS Priority Mail.

Upon request I will ship via USPS Express Mail. The buyer is responsible for those shipping charges.

Pawsatively Dapper, Inc. is located within the State of Florida. Florida law requires a 6% sales tax be charged to all orders.

Payment Options

Pawsatively Dapper, Inc., accepts Paypal (paypal id pawsativelydapper@yahoo.com), Visa, Mastercard and Discover. Checks, money orders and/or cashier checks should be mailed to:

A 7 day waiting period is applied to all received personal checks. Your purchase will be shipped after said waiting period. All checks returned for insufficient funds will be charged a fee of $25.00 to be paid via credit card. In the event these funds are not received, the matter will be forwarded to our legal department.

Return/Exchange/Repair Policy

Pawsatively Dapper, Inc. takes pride in making and selling our products. Although rare, we realize that we may "bark up the wrong tree" in sending an incorrect product to you. In these instances, email us with your reason for an exchange or return request. Returns are accepted at the discretion of Pawsatively Dapper, Inc. and said returns/exchanges must be communicated to Pawsatively Dapper, Inc., prior to return. Packages received without our prior notice of the exchange will be refused and returned to sender or charged a 25% restocking fee. All returns must be received within 14 days of the date shipped by Pawsatively Dapper, Inc.

After approval from Pawsatively Dapper, Inc., all returned products must be received in new, unused condition. Unfortunately, due to health concerns we are unable to accept used items which are not returned in new condition. Pawsatively Dapper, Inc., will not accept any return nor issue refunds for items that Pawsatively Dapper, Inc., determines to be used.

All shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. Please include return shipping in the amount of $4.75 with the product return. If payment is not received, a $4.75 return shipping charge will be charged to your card on file. We suggest that you purchase insurance as well as delivery confirmation, as Pawsatively Dapper, Inc., will not be held responsible for any lost exchanges or returns.

All repairs are charged a flat fee of $9.00 plus any and all shipping costs to and from Pawsatively Dapper, Inc. All applicable fees must be received with the item being returned.

Custom Orders/Repairs/Returns/Sizing Concerns

All custom orders are made based on customers requested or provided measurements. In the event that our dapper stylist errs, we will gladly repair or replace the new unused product at no charge to the customer.

We understand that customer measuring errors can occur. In these cases we will gladly remake, replace, or repair your harness/collar purchase. However, Pawsatively Dapper, Inc. is not responsible for customer measuring errors and a fee of $9.00 must be applied for these corrections. It is the customers responsibility for payment and applicable shipping costs both to and from your location. This payment must be received with the return.

Each consumer is responsible for determining the suitability of Pawsatively Dapper, Inc. products for their individual situation. By purchasing Pawsatively Dapper, Inc.'s products, you acknowledge and agree to accept all/full responsibility. Pawsatively Dapper, Inc., its officers, and shareholder(s) cannot be held responsible for any injury or damage that may result from the use of any Pawsatively Dapper, Inc. product. Please use good judgment and common sense in determining appropriate use for any and all products that you purchase for your pet. Pawsatively Dapper, Inc.'s pet collars, leashes, and harnesses are not intended for tie out use. All Pawsatively Dapper, Inc. products are designed for supervised use only and should be inspected regularly.
